    The Department of Human Resources and Optima EAP are now registering for the next Lunch and Learn employee development series, Workplace Ethics. The session will take place in a Zoom webinar so you can participate in your own space. You will receive the webinar link and instructions prior to the session and after all registrations are complete. This course positions assertiveness as a key tool for effective communication. Discussion explores the benefits and challenges of being assertive and identifies the traits and skills of assertive communicators. Participants will receive specific tips on how to increase their confidence and ability to express themselves directly and respectfully.
