Get ready for a party, but none like you’ve ever experienced before! New Zealand’s Indian Ink Theatre Company will transport you to the colorful world of Mrs. Krishnan — where anything can happen. This immersive theatrical event invites you to sit around Mrs. Krishnan’s dining table in the back room of Krishnan’s Dairy during Onam, the annual Hindu harvest festival. “We aim to make theatre that is beautiful, funny… and true,” says Indian Ink’s founders. “We go to the theater to be transported by a great story and to enjoy characters who live large in our imaginations. We want the experience to leave an indelible imprint on your hearts. That’s why we’re called Indian Ink!”
