    The nature trail access to Grandview Beach Nature Preserve is getting a facelift, but the work will close the trail weekdays until mid-July. The access will remain open on Saturdays, Sundays and the long Fourth of July weekend (July 4-7).

This course reviews the basic components of effective communication, including listening techniques, non-verbal messages, and verbal statements.     “A Taste for the Beautiful” showcases the works of numerous artists that have attended Hampton University, and have been influenced directly and indirectly by African culture. This show includes works by guest artists Kwabena Ampfo-Anti, Chinedu Okala, and Solomon Isekeije, who provide powerful visual statements that relate to HUMA’s African Gallery and Dr. William H. Shepherd’s extensive collection of Kuba artifacts. These artists work in a variety of styles and media; this show aims to provide them long overdue recognition.

    The Sheriff's Office will provide an overview of current vacancies, job expectations and pre-screening requirements, deadline information and address all questions.
