    The 31st Annual Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival comes to the Hampton Roads Convention Center February 27 to March 1. The largest quilt festival on the Eastern Seaboard, it features the finest collection of quilt, garment, and fiber art exhibitions, including quilt and wearable art prize money competitions. Quilt, fiber, wearable, and textile artists and home sewers will find everything they need at the Merchants Mall. In addition, workshops, lectures, and demonstrations will take place throughout the event. 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Thursday-Saturday; 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday. $15 includes readmission, $13 Sunday only; ages 15 and under free.
