July 1, 2022 — Today’s Food Truck Friday vendors are Munchies n’ Such and Kona Ice, available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Honor Park (the plaza between City Hall and Police HQ).

Munchies n’ Such has added new items to their menu for this week (see below), and a number of new food trucks are being added to Food Truck Friday dates in the coming weeks and months to further expand the variety, including international and vegan foods, among others. Stay tuned!

 Munchies n’ Such

  • Southwestern Nachos Flash-fried chips topped with ground beef, black beans, corn, monterey jack cheese, and pico
  • Lip Smackers Flash-fried chips topped with smoked pulled pork, cheese, pickled onion, and drizzled with bbq sauce
  • Cheech’s Tacos Choose from beef or pork, with red onion and monterey jack cheese, served with chips and cheese
  • Chong’s Quesadilla Choose from beef or pork, with red onion and monterey jack cheese, served with chips and cheese
  • Dazed and Confused Nachos Flash-fried chips topped with your choice of protein, nacho cheese, jalapeños, and pico
  • Nacho Fries Seasoned, hand-cut fries topped with your choice of protein, nacho cheese, jalapeño, and ranch
  • Funnel Cake Fries with Optional Toppings
  • Funnel-Dipped Oreos

Kona Ice

  • Shaved Ice, with your choice of flavors and sizes
