April 29, 2021 - The large vaccination clinic at the Hampton Coliseum is taking both appointments - and walk-ins - as officials continue to encourage residents to help stop the spread of the coronavirus by getting vaccinated. The Coliseum clinic is offering both first doses and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine, and limited doses of the Moderna vaccine this week. Both vaccines are also offered in other, smaller clinics in the area.

The Coliseum clinic is open Monday-Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can learn which vaccines are available, the dates and times – and register – by going online. Priority will be given to those who received their 1st dose of the vaccine at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.

Anyone who received their first shot at the Hampton Roads Convention Center should have received a link to schedule the second shot at the Coliseum. If your shot was April 2, 9, 14, or 15, and you haven’t received a link, email 311@hampton.gov or call 727-8311. Individuals 18 years of age and older can schedule their own appointments; check hampton.gov/covid, call 1-877-829-4682, or visit vaccinate.virginia.gov for more information.

People who have transportation needs can register for a bus pass by calling Hampton's 3-1-1 Citizen Contact Center at 727-8311. This community vaccination center will not replace other local, small-scale efforts to deliver COVID-19.
