[ARCHIVED] City manager's message 7-1-2020: Phase Three and employee bonuses

July 1, 2020 — In her latest message to employees, City Manager Mary Bunting talks about Phase Three reopening and employee citizen satisfaction bonuses. July 1 marks a new fiscal year and the start of Phase Three of Virginia’s COVID Recovery Plan. All eligible employees will receive the Citizen Satisfaction bonus in a pay deposited tomorrow, Thursday, July 2. City Council has agreed with her recommendation to distribute employee bonuses earlier than usual. You can read her full message online.
