Ordinance says kids under the age of 12 can go trick-or-treating Oct. 31 from dusk to 8 p.m.


Oct. 23, 2019 - Don't forget that Thursday, Oct. 31 is Halloween, and kids and their chaperones will out trick-or-treating Thursday evening. Children under the age of 12 can participate in the activity from dusk - about 6:36 p.m. - until 8 p.m., according to a city ordinance. Police encourage everyone to stay safe.  Adults can join in the fun by attending one of several related activities leading up to Halloween, including the downtown block party on Saturday, Oct. 26.
