[ARCHIVED] Hampton is offering free flu shots for all city employees on Nov. 8

Oct. 21, 2019 — Hampton will offer free flu shots to all city employees on Friday, Nov. 8, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the lobby of City Hall, 22 Lincoln St. Your employee ID is required to receive a shot.

Schedule an appointment at https://maxdimflu.bioiq.com/. Click "Sign up Now!" even if you created an account last year (do not click "login").

If you created an account last year, click on "Yes, I do!" If you have never created an account, click on "No, this is my first time."

Your invitation code is HamptonCityHall2019. Walk-ins will be accepted, but the providers will honor scheduled appointments first.

Note: Employees who registered and signed up for a flu shot last year are experiencing an error with the Maxium Flu website when attempting to pick a time for their flu shot. The city is working with the vendor to have this issue addressed as soon as possible.
