[ARCHIVED] Spraying set for North King Street, Harris Creek and Gosnold's Hope Park areas

Sept. 26, 2019 - Weather permitting, Public Works plans to conduct ultra-low volume spraying Thursday evening, Sept. 26, in the North King Street and Harris Creek areas, including Gosnold's Hope Park.

Areas are chosen for truck-mounted mosquito spraying based on surveillance of the adult and juvenile mosquito population and other factors, including rainfall. Residents can call 311 (or 727-8311 from your cellphone) to arrange for an assessment of mosquitoes in their area.
