First Sunday bike cruise of new year will go through Elizabeth Lakes neighborhood

bike-walk

Jan. 25, 2019 - There's still time to dust off your bicycle for the first Sunday Cruise of the new year - a ride Jan. 27 through the Elizabeth Lakes neighborhood.

The cruise will leave Booker Elementary School, 160 Apollo Drive, at 4 p.m., so plan to arrive a bit before then. The ride will be casual and suitable for most skill levels and all bike types. No registration is necessary, but per city code helmets are required for those 14 years or younger. Those under 18 should also have a responsible adult present.

For more information call Alison Eubank, city placemaking planner, at 757-728-5238, or email aeubank@hampton.gov.
