[ARCHIVED] Residents invited to walk through, comment on new Fox Hill Neighborhood Center

Jan. 14, 2019 - Residents are invited to see concepts for the new Fox Hill neighborhood center, walk through the building and comment on plans during an open house on Jan. 28 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

The new center is being built in a former church at 65 Hall Road. It replaces a recreation center in Grundland Creek Park that was destroyed by a 2014 tornado.

Hampton's neighborhood centers are smaller than community centers and typically serve a smaller geographic area. In addition, the surrounding community and community groups are more involved in governance, programming, and activities at the center.
