July 6, 2018 — Register for the 28-Day InBody Challenge by Friday, July 13, and join your colleagues trying to improve their health. The challenge runs from Monday, Aug. 6, through Sunday, Sept. 2.

The 28-Day InBody Challenge is a health transformation challenge to get you on the right track to a healthier lifestyle. Unlike many weight loss challenges where participants are rewarded for losing weight, this competition rewards individuals who improve their overall body composition by increasing muscle, losing fat, or doing both.

This is not necessarily a weight loss challenge. It is for anyone looking to clean up their eating habits, get healthier, and see positive changes in their performance, energy levels, body fat percentage, and the way they look in the mirror.

This challenge aims to jump start weight loss and body fat reduction. There are no calories to count, no weighing or measuring food, and no food logs to complete. Perfect portion control plates (included with the program) and a Challenge Food List are the secret ingredients to make the magic happen.

All challenge participants will be invited to a private InBody Challenge Facebook Group where you can share recipes and tips to keep you motivated during the 28 days.

Kick off meetings will be announced after the registration deadline.  Prizes will be awarded throughout the challenge — details will be available during the initial meetings.
