June 12, 2018 — Hampton's Information Technology support team recently earned customer service accolades.
Four city IT team members acquired individual certifications to qualify the Technical Support team for the HDI Certified Team recognition. At least 80 percent of a support center’s staff must be HDI certified to qualify for the team recognition.
For the four individual certifications, all achieved within the last six months, team members passed HDI certification exams. The four individual certifications are:
IT Director Leslie Fuentes presented the award to the technical support team on June 7 at a department meeting.
HDI provides certification, training and consulting to improve service for the technical support industry.
