[ARCHIVED] Registration open for Virginia Rules Camp to help teens learn about the law

April 26, 2018 - Registration is now open for the Virginia Rules Camp, a statewide, law-themed summer day camp for rising students in grades 6 through 8. The camp offers young people a fun and healthy week learning about Virginia laws and building positive relationships with law enforcement officers in their community.

Sponsored by Hampton Police, the Parks, Recreation & Leisure Services Department and the Office of Youth and Young Adult Opportunities - along with a number of others - Virginia Rules has room for 50 students from Hampton. 

The registration form for the Virginia Rules Camp is available online. Once filled out it should be mailed or hand-delivered to the Fort Monroe Community Center, 100 Stilwell Road, Hampton, Val.
