[ARCHIVED] Public can now comment online about pollutant plans for Chesapeake Bay and Back River

March 7, 2018 - Drafts of the two plans that address the maximum amount of pollutants the Chesapeake Bay and Back River can receive while still meeting government water quality standards are now available online. A public meeting on the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load and the Back River Bacteria Total Maximum Daily Load was held Friday March 2. The drafts are now available for review online:

The drafts are also available for review by appointment in the Public Works Department at City Hall. You can request copies of the plans. And there will be a public comment period through April 2. Comments will be accepted via an online form, hand-delivery, email, fax or postal mail. All comments must include your name, mailing address and telephone number.
