Aug. 24, 2018 - The Environmental Services Division of Public Works plans to conduct ultra-low volume spraying this evening in the Grist Mill, Azalea Gardens, Michigan Drive, North Back River Road and Prince George/Prince James neighborhoods.
Areas are chosen for truck-mounted mosquito spraying based on "surveillance" of the adult and juvenile mosquito population and other factors, including rainfall. Residents can call 311 (or 727-8311 from your cellphone) to arrange for an assessment of mosquitoes in their area.
