[ARCHIVED] Construction work planned for Power Plant between Mercury, Pine Chapel

under construction

June 29, 2017 - Starting in July, Public Works has scheduled construction work along the southbound lanes of Power Plant Parkway between Mercury Boulevard and Pine Chapel Road. It is expected to be finished by the end of the year.

The work includes replacing the roadway pavement and installing underdrains. One southbound lane will remain open during construction, and limited impact to northbound traffic is expected.

For the safety of the public and roadway workers, the speed limit on the southbound lanes of Power Plant Parkway between Mercury Boulevard and Pine Chapel Road has been lowered to 35 mph and will stay there until construction is completed.
