[ARCHIVED] The Coop Exhibit at Bluebird Gap Farm

The Coop Exhibit - BGP

Bluebird Gap Farm is excited to announce the opening of our new chicken exhibit, “The Coop,” a walkthrough experience that aims to educate our visitors about the chicken and the egg. Visitors will be able to explore the inside of a chicken coop featuring three different styles of chicken-keeping while seeing many of the chicken’s natural behaviors up close. The habitat features a 500 percent increase in livable space for the chickens in our care as well as a wide variety of perches and nesting areas for the chickens to explore. Come visit Bluebird Gap Farm soon to explore this new area and get an “ova” view of the chickens’ natural history. You may not find the answer to the question “why did the chicken cross the road,” but you will find out why they flew the coop (to explore the goat yard).
