[ARCHIVED] Hampton Roads Mini Maker Faire comes to the convention center on May 6

March 16, 2017 - The  Hampton Roads Mini Maker Faire comes to the Hampton Roads Convention Center on Saturday, May 6. Part science fair, part county fair, and all fun, the interactive festival will includes a wide range of unique do-it-yourself activities for people of all ages. Main sponsors include Make:Makezine.com, 757 Makerspace.com and the City of Hampton


The Mini Maker Faire is one of several events planned this year that will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Nasa Langley Research Center in Hampton. Those with NASA-related material are especially encouraged to take part in the Faire.
