[ARCHIVED] Hampton Roads Contractor Training for Stormwater and Erosion & Sediment Control

The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission and the Department of Environmental Quality are offering a free workshop for contractors and inspectors on keeping our waters clean through stormwater, erosion, and sediment control on February 10, 8:30am - noon.

The training will be held at the Regional Boardroom, 723 Woodlake Dr., in Chesapeake. Participants will receive a FREE breakfast and workshop while learning to do their part in keeping the Chesapeake Bay and the waterways leading to it clean.

Training will include a summary of regulations, commonly violated minimum standards and erosion and sediment control practices, stormwater pollution prevention practices, and inspections.
