[ARCHIVED] St. George Brewing Co. wins top honors at Veer awards

Dec. 11, 2015 - St. George Brewing Co. in Hampton received five top awards at the 2015 Veer Magazine Golden Tap Awards Ceremony Dec. 8.

They won gold awards for their Nut Brown Ale in the American Amber and brown Ale category, for their Winter Scotch Ale in the Scottish and Irish Amber Ale category, and their St. George Porter in the Porter category.

They won silver awards for St. George Pilsner in the Pilsner category and Meade Lager in the Specialty category.

Veer is an alternative publication that covers arts, culture, beer/wine, entertainment and travel in Hampton Roads.
