[ARCHIVED] Median sales prices up in Hampton

Oct. 12, 2015 - Active residential listings in Hampton were up 8.10% in September compared to a year ago, according to the Real Estate Information Network. Pending sales were up 25.44%, and the median sales price was $155,000, up 13.97 percent.
