[ARCHIVED] Change leadership for managers set for Thursday from noon-1 p.m.

April 20, 2015 - The April "Leadership Lunch and Learn: Change Management" will take place on Thursday, April 23,from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm in the City Council Chambers located on the 8th Floor of City Hall. This is a rescheduled session from March.

Facilitated by Jessica Emond, EAP, this presentation will focus on:
· The leadership principles necessary to lead organizations and employees through change
· The common reactions to change
· The leader’s role in the change process
· The key change management strategies
