[ARCHIVED] Tonight's City Council meeting earlier; Spotlight recognition postponed

With the forecast of snow that could start around 7 p.m., City Council has adjusted tonight's meeting times to minimize impact on citizens. There will be no Spotlight recognition; the brief business meeting will start at 6 p.m.
City Council will have its closed session at 5:30 p.m. The normal business meeting will start at 6 p.m. Public comment will follow the business meeting. The agenda is very light, so any citizen who wishes to address Council during the public comment period is advised to be at City Hall by 6 p.m.
The meeting, as always, will be broadcast live on Channel 47 and online at http://hampton.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?publish_id=2, so citizens can watch from their homes.
