[ARCHIVED] Open Enrollment for Dental, Vision and reimbursement accounts began Nov. 5

Open Enrollment for Dental, Vision and the two Reimbursement Accounts began Nov. 5.

Packets of information for all full-time employees were recently delivered to the mail room. Please check with your supervisor or the individual who normally picks up mail for your department if you have not received your packet yet.

Please note that there has been no change in the benefits; and no increases in the premium rates for the Vision Plan or the three Dental Plans.

If you do not wish to make any changes to your dental or vision plans, you do not need to fill out any paperwork.

If you wish to participate in either of the reimbursement accounts, you must complete the appropriate Benefit Election Form – even if you are participating this year. You must re-enroll in the reimbursement accounts each year.

PLEASE NOTE: THE IRS HAS INCREASED THE LIMIT FOR THE HEALTHCARE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT TO $2,550

Unfortunately this change was not released by the IRS until after our materials went to print, therefore your printed materials reflect the incorrect amount.

If you wish to contribute the new allowed amount, your per-pay-period deduction will be $98.07

If you have any questions, please contact Kristin May at 727-6613.
