City Manager's Message Jan. 20: Closing at 4 p.m., winter weather update

As you know, our area is projected to have a significant winter weather event beginning later today. With the prediction that road conditions could begin to worsen in the early evening, Hampton will close its offices, libraries, community centers, and other public facilities at 4 p.m. today.
