City Manager's Message Oct. 8: Mandatory Covid-19 testing info

Oct. 8, 2021 — I wanted to share with you some information regarding the Covid-19 Mandatory Testing Program that will begin next week. First of all, I would like to congratulate you on very positive vaccination rates. To date, we have 2,194 responses. Of those employee responses, 1,810 are fully vaccinated and have provided proof — that’s an 82% vaccination rate! Our Mandatory Testing Program will allow employees to test at home and enter their results using a HIPAA-compliant portal. Only Nicole Clark, director of Human Resources, will have access to the portal. Here are some key points of this program.

City Manager's Message Sept. 30: Covid-19 testing update, new deadline

Sept. 30, 2021 — I wanted to provide you with an update on the Covid-19 Testing Certification process. I’d like to thank those employees for submitting their responses by last Friday’s deadline. As of that time, we received 1,866 completed responses out of an active employee population of 2,128. That is approximately an 89% response rate, which is amazing!

City Manager's Message Sept. 17: Vaccination status form and weekly testing

Sept. 17, 2021 — I am writing with an update on our efforts to begin mandatory weekly Covid-19 testing next month. With so many moving parts, we are still finalizing the logistics which has pushed back our start date to Monday, Oct. 11. Several of you have contacted me directly with specific questions and it is our intent to include them in our FAQs.
