What is your vision for the city? What do we need to do to get there? Who in our community can help us get there? We need your help in shaping the future of Hampton.
Our Community Plan will have several components:
Where are we now? An overview of Hampton community data, which is our starting point
A 5-year plan on immediate strategic issues
A 20-year plan that will look at broader areas of growth and development
There will be many opportunities to provide input — in neighborhood groups, civic and business associations, informal chats, and online polling. We will have a couple of large gatherings to check in with you and the community as we pull together what we’ve heard.
To request a representative from the City of Hampton to come to your organization/business/community group event and discuss the community plan update process, please complete our online Roadshow Request form.
