Rezoning Application No. 1274 by the Industrial Development Authority to rezone 10.1 acres on Semple Farm Road [LRSN #6000844] from Multiple Residence (R-M) District to Multiple Dwelling (MD-2) District for a multifamily development.   B. Use Permit Application No. 1273 by Peninsula Home for the Aged, Inc. to rezone a 15.8+ acre lot at 1300 Mallory Street (LRSN# 12005714) from One Family Residence District (R-11) and One Family Residence District (R-13) to Multiple Dwelling District (MD-4) for a continuing care retirement community.   C. Use Permit Application No. 1043 by Peninsula Home for the Aged, Inc. to construct a continuing care retirement community that will include a nursing home and Adult Care Residence 3.   E. Conditional Privilege Application No. 94 by Northampton Church of Christ to operate a Day Care 3 facility for children at 1409 Todds Lane [LRSN 4001423].   G. Zoning Ordinance Amendment by the City of Hampton to amend Chapter 19 (Vehicle Parking and Loading Spaces) by repealing Sections 19.1 and 19.2 and adopting new Sections 19.1 through 19.8. Hampton Planning Commission meetings are open to the public. The public is invited to attend meetings and to observe the work and deliberations of the Planning Commission. The public may also address the Planning Commission on public hearing items by signing up to speak. Public hearing sign-up sheets will be available until the specific item is reached during the course of the meeting. Speakers will be recognized in the order in which they sign up and are asked to state their name and address, to limit their comments to 5 minutes, and to avoid repeating comments made by previous speakers.
