Customer Service SpotlightTraining OpportunitiesThe city is currently offering two levels of training to employees. Level-One training is an introductory program that engages employees in a two hour interactive session that teaches customer service basics. Level-One is an orientation to Customer Delight and is required for all news employees. Departments may also request Level-One training for specific teams or work units. Level-Two training is designed for managers and supervisors immersing participants into an in-depth 6-hour session that teaches customer service management principles, problem solving and service leadership methodologies. Level-Two is offered three times per year. Other training opportunities include those resources located to the right under "Resources for Managers".
