Customer Service Week

Customer Service Week takes place during the first week of October each year.

During the week, the city will celebrate and promote our customer service efforts and conclude at weeks end with the award of the Customer Service Cup.

The 311 Call Center kicks-off customer service week, performing a wide variety of activities and tasks designed to educate and celebrate customer service.

The Call Center also performs an awards ceremony to recognize last year’s winners of Delightful Dollars during Customer Service Week.

Customer Service Week is a national event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and honoring the people on the front lines of the service revolution.

In 1992 the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, celebrated annually during the first full week in October. More info is available at www.csweek.com.
