Do you have what it takes?

The customer delight task force has put together a training program for new employees that teaches the basics of customer service as well as more advanced topics designed to help employees apply exceptional service in their specific job roles. The course is fairly short (two and a half hours), but is packed with energetic and informative modules, interactive exercises and real life scenarios.

This training is also available on a by-request basis to current employees or to entire teams. To request customer delight training, simply send an e-mail to Human Resources (hrfrontdesk@hampton.gov) or call 727-6407.

Employees who have gone through the customer delight training will also have a chance to become members of the customer delight training corps. More about the training corps can be learned by attending the training!
