Sept. 21,  2017 - Weather permitting, the Environmental Services Division of Public Works plans to conduct ultra-low volume spraying for mosquitoes this evening in the Wythe, Southampton, Rip Rap Road, Thomas Street, Seldendale/police range and Freeman Drive areas of the city. Neighborhoods chosen for truck-mounted spraying are based on 311 requests and "surveillance" of the adult and juvenile mosquito population.
