    Initiatives focused on improving the housing stock, encouraging private reinvestment, and increasing home-ownership in the City.

  4. Coaching & Technical Assistance

    Division staff provides organizing and technical assistance to neighborhood organizations.

  5. HUD Entitlement Grant Programs

    Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds are received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on an annual basis.
